Q. What fares will Student Flights price beat?

A. Our Best Price Guarantee applies to airfares that originate in or depart from Australia.

Q. Who will Student Flights accept airfare quotes from?

A. Airlines, other Australian travel agencies and Australian registered businesses and websites.

Q. What does "available" mean?

A. The airfare must be available and able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us. Available means that the identical airfare you have received a quote for is currently saleable and able to be booked in the same booking class, with the same routing, for the same number of passengers, on the same date and at the same time. Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed user group are excluded.

Q. What if I want to travel on a different date than on my original quote?

A. The price beat applies only for travel on the same dates and flights as your original quote.

Q. When can I ask Student Flights to price beat?

A. Your airfare quote must be in writing, must be dated within 24 hours of you bringing it to us, must be in Australian dollars, and must be presented to us instore prior to booking. It does not apply to written quotes presented after booking.

Q. What if I want to use this price for my friends to book?

A. The quote must reflect the number of passengers looking to book as per the quote. Of course, if we can book everyone at the same low price we’ll do so.

Q. Will Student Flights beat quotes from foreign websites or for travel that originates outside Australia.

A. No.

Q. By how much is Student Flights required to beat my original quote?

A. If the qualifying criteria are met, we will beat your airfare quote by $1.

Q. What happens if I have already booked and then find a cheaper price for the same flight but I have not paid in full?

A. Student Flights will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to booking. Of course, your Student Flights consultant will be happy to rebook you on the cheaper fare if it is available at the time you are travelling. Cancellation or change fees may apply to your original booking.

Q. What happens if I have already booked and paid in full and then find a cheaper price for the same flight?

A. Student Flights will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to booking. Of course, your Student Flights consultant will be happy to rebook you on the cheaper fare if it is available at the time you are travelling. Cancellation or change fees may apply to your original booking.

Q. What if my Student Flights consultant is unable to beat the airfare I have been quoted?

A. Your consultant will do everything they can to beat the airfare you have been quoted. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat that price by $1. If the qualifying criteria are met and your consultant does not beat your quoted price by $1, we will give you a $1,500 in store credit, which you can use to book the identical airfare to the one that we did not price beat. If your airfare costs less than $1,500, then we will convert the balance into a Multi-currency Cash Passport™, which you can use as spending money on your trip*. If your airfare costs more than $1,500, you will need to pay the remaining balance yourself. *Terms and conditions apply to Multi-currecy Cash Passports. Q. How do I get my $1,500 in store credit if Student Flights is required to beat my airfare quote and doesn't?

A. If the qualifying criteria are met and your consultant does not beat your quoted price you will receive a $1,500 in store credit, which you can use to book the airfare which we did not price beat. Q. What can I use the $1,500 in store credit for?

A. Your $1,500 in store credit must be used to book the exact same airfare which we did not price beat.

Q. Can I be reimbursed for a flight I have booked elsewhere?

A. No. We do not reimburse you for flights you have purchased elsewhere, nor do we provide you with $1,500 in cash or vouchers for future use. The store credit is not transferrable - it can only be used by you.

Q. When do I need to claim my $1,500 in store credit?

A. You must make your claim for the $1,500 in store credit prior to flying or within 3 days of your quote not being beaten (whichever occurs first) and before you make a booking elsewhere.
