    Day 1 Start London or Paris
    We depart from London today and cross the English Channel on our way to Paris. This evening we have the chance to sit back and enjoy a 'City Lights' tour of the awe-inspiring French capital.

    Day 2 Paris
    Today is a free day to explore Paris with its many cultural treats. Enjoy a croissant in a local cafe, check out the artists' work along the river, visit the Notre Dame, or wander down the Champs Elysees; the choices are endless. Later, sample our delicious Paris Gourmet Picnic beside the Eiffel Tower and to complete a great day an optional Seine River Cruise or cabaret show is on offer.

    Day 3 Paris to Swiss Alps
    Magnificent Alpine scenery is on display today as we travel to our base in the Swiss Alps.

    Day 4 Swiss Alps
    Fancy an optional excursion to the summit of Jungfrau mountain, home of Europe's highest rail station?.

    Day 5 Swiss Alps to Venice
    A complete change in landscape and culture today, as we head to Italy. To Venice, an engineering masterpiece - the city is actually made up of 117 small islands all linked together by a series of bridges. Be prepared for the breathtaking beauty of this amazing place - one that will not be forgotten.

    Day 6 Venice
    Time for Venice in depth There are two ways to really see Venice and today we do both - a walking tour to visit the sights such as the Academia Bridge and St Mark's Square, as well as a vaporetto ride on the Grand Canal to experience Venice from the water. An optional gondola ride with a local gondolier is a must-do as well.

    Day 7 Venice to Munich (via Austria)
    A change of pace as we arrive in the capital of the Bavarian region of Germany. Munich has long been known for the annual Oktoberfest Beer Festival, so tonight grab a stein and a traditional pork knuckle or German sausage at one of Munich's famous beer. halls

    Day 8 Munich to Rhine Valley
    A day of discovery - we make for the medieval castles, vineyards and majestic views of the Rhine Valley. The beauty of the River Rhine has inspired poets and painters alike and it was a major traffic route in Roman times. Tonight spend the night in one of the many castles or a fortress along the river banks.

    Day 9 Rhine Valley to Amsterdam
    Unique Amsterdam beckons with its array of funky coffee shops, busy canals and literally millions of bicycles. Enjoy an evening taking in the atmosphere - a mix of modern and historical Europe with a Dutch flavour - windmills, tulips, cheese and clogs.

    Day 10 Amsterdam
    Today we can cycle in Amsterdam just like the locals. Spend the rest of the day seeing Amsterdam's museums or trendy cafes. Tonight there's a farewell dinner followed by an optional canal cruise.

    Day 11 Amsterdam to London
    We return to London today via the medieval Belgian city of Brugge. Mouth watering chocolates and a vast selection of beers are readily available. We arrive back in London early evening.

    Day 1 Athens
    Welcome to Athens, one of the most historic cities in the world. Our hotel is located close to all the sights and sounds of Athens. In the evening we meet up with our fellow passengers and Trip Leader. Following our trip briefing it's time to head out and sample some of the nightlife.

    Day 2 Athens
    After breakfast, we explore Athens with a walking tour. Our Trip Leader will show us the major sights in town, including the vibrant Plaka area and its markets, the world famous Acropolis, Parthenon and Syntagma Square. We also see the changing of the guards. Free time this afternoon before we join the locals for traditional Greek dancing and local cuisine.

    Day 3 Athens to Mykonos
    It's an early start today as we take a private transfer to the port of Piraeus to catch the ferry to the first of the beautiful islands. We arrive at Mykonos, the most cosmopolitan of the Greek Cycladic Islands and the afternoon is free to discover the island at our leisure. There is plenty to do on Mykonos - shop, eat or relax. In the evening we watch the famous sunset over the windmills in the area of Mykonos town known as 'little Venice.' The legendary nightlife, for which Mykonos is justly famous, is ours to enjoy.

    Day 4 Mykonos
    A free day on the island. Why not kick back and relax on one of the many superb beaches or check out the sights such as Kastro, the complex of churches. There is an optional half day excursion to the nearby island of Delos, the traditional birthplace of the sun god Apollo.

    Day 5 Mykonos to Paros
    A ferry ride to Paros where our hotel is a short walk from the beach. A walking tour around the harbour and through the narrow streets of the town gets us orientated. The afternoon is free to explore the island on our own.

    Day 6 Paros
    One of the lesser known islands of the Cyclades, Paros exudes a laid-back charm that is hard to beat. Relax on the beach and top up the tan, visit the church of Ekatontapiliani, or visit Naousa, Kolimbithres and the important sights on the island - choices, choices Or perhaps take a short bus ride to the pretty village of Lefkes to enjoy the magnificent views.

    Day 7 Paros to Santorini
    Today we catch the ferry past many small islands and arrive at Santorini, with its remarkable volcanic caldera. Our hotel has amazing views over the plain to the sea. In the afternoon we have a tour visiting some of the interesting and important sights of the island. The sunset at Oia makes for some memorable photos with the sun reflecting off the white houses like snow against the dark volcanic stone cliffs.

    Day 8 Santorini
    A free day on the island. We can discover the capital Thira, Kamenes, Ancient Thira, or take a boat trip to the volcanic crater and swim in the warm sea. Alternatively relax by the pool and await the next sunset - life doesn't get much better than this We end our island hop with dinner overlooking the caldera.

    Day 9 Santorini to Athens
    In the afternoon we depart Santorini for Athens, arriving late evening, and transfer to the hotel in downtown Athens.

    Day 10 Athens
    Our Greek odyssey ends after breakfast as we bid farewell to new found friends.

    Bright city lights and love in the air as we kick off our trip in the city of romance.

    Day 2 Paris
    The glass elevator ride up the Eiffel Tower will give you butterflies, but the views are #soworthit. It's also probably the best picnic spot in the world. Stuff yourself on buttery goodness then join us for a cruise or cabaret.

    Day 3 Paris to Swiss Alps
    Lauterbrunnen: all the magic of Middle Earth sans wizards. Plus yodeling.

    Day 4 Swiss Alps
    Instagram heaven from the summit of the Jungfrau mountain today (optional).

    Day 5 Swiss Alps to Florence
    A quick stop at the Leaning Tower of Pisa on our way to Florence. Gluttony encouraged.

    Day 6 Florence
    Your mission tonight: track down the best steak in Florence. But first we explore the city on foot with a local Italian guide. Ponte Vecchio, Duomo Cathedral and the Uffizi Gallery. It's all here, baby.

    Day 7 Florence to Rome
    First stop: the picturesque hilltop city Orvieto, then to Rome to learn more about what the Romans actually did.

    Day 8 Rome
    Check out the Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain. Also: the Vatican City, the Sistine Chapel (optional) and the best pizza in Italy.

    Day 9 Rome to Venice
    Sing a romantic ballad under Juliet's balcony in Verona. Next stop: Venice.

    Day 10 Venice
    There are two ways to really see Venice and today we'll do both. Check out Academia Bridge and St Mark's Square on foot and finish off with a vaporetto ride on the Grand Canal. Also: today is the day you tick that gondola ride off your bucket list (optional).

    Day 11 Venice to Munich
    Cue bratwurst, beer and pork knuckle. But first, pay your respects at the former concentration camp Mauthausen.

    Day 12 Munich to Prague
    Craft beer and quirky museums + one of the best preserved Old Towns in the world. Boss.

    Day 13 Prague
    Free day. Tick off Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square then go golem chasing in the Jewish quarter. Prague is yours today. Also: a glasnost nostalgia fix at the Museum of Communism and a world-renowned beer range you don't have to be a hipster to appreciate.

    Day 14 Prague to Berlin
    A quick stop in Dresden, then on to the spiritual home of techno and currywurst.

    Day 15 Berlin
    Start off your day with a history lesson at the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie and the Reichstag building. Strap on your dancing shoes and assemble the wolfpack, tonight we party.

    Day 16 Berlin to Amsterdam
    On to canals, bicycles and the notorious red light district. You know what to do.

    Day 17 Amsterdam
    Hit the streets like a local exploring the city by bike then dance to the beat of your own drum for the rest of the day. Cue sad faces tonight as we round up with a farewell dinner followed by an optional canal cruise.

    Day 18 Amsterdam to London
    Swap Facebook details with your new BFFs on the way back to London.

    Day 2 Paris
    Time to explore Paris The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs elysees and Notre Dame Cathedral are ours to visit. Maybe a 'Fat Tire' bicycle tour around the highlights? Our Paris Gourmet Picnic beside the Eiffel Tower is delicious before an optional Seine River cruise or perhaps a visit to a cabaret show.

    Day 3 Paris to Swiss Alps
    Superb scenery as we head to the Swiss Alps and stay in our picturesque alpine valley at the foot of the Jungfrau Mountain.

    Day 4 Swiss Alps
    There are numerous activities to choose today. The scenery is superb so jump on a mountain bike and explore the local trails, or take an optional train ride on the Jungfraubahn to Europe's highest railway station and the summit of the Jungfrau. This is one of the most iconic train rides in Europe and the views are spectacular.

    Day 5 Swiss Alps to Florence
    Across the border and into Italy with our first stop at the city of Pisa and home to the famous Leaning Tower. From here it is a short drive to the beautiful city of Florence, capital of Tuscany. Tuscan cuisine is world renowned and tonight it's our chance to enjoy.

    Day 6 Florence to Rome
    A guided tour of Florence with a local guide is a great introduction to the priceless treasures of this city. This evening we head to Rome.

    Day 7 Rome
    The best way to get to know the Eternal City is via our morning walking tour. You are spoilt for choice this afternoon as the rest of the day is free to enjoy the sights at your leisure.

    Day 8 Rome to Venice
    First a visit to Vatican City where we can see the Sistine Chapel and its beautiful frescoes, before we head for enchanting Venice.

    Day 9 Venice
    Take a fascinating walking tour including St Mark's Square, the Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge. Then hop on a vaporetto on the Grand Canal, the perfect way to get around Venice. An optional gondola ride is a must.

    Day 10 Venice to Austrian Alps
    Our next stop is the gorgeous Austrian Alps where adventure activities abound.

    Day 11 Austrian Alps to the Rhine Valley
    The former Nazi concentration camp of Dachau provides a reflective start to our day. Tonight we get to stay in one of the many castles or a fortress located on the banks of the Rhine. Some date all the way back to the 12th century .

    Day 12 Rhine Valley to Amsterdam
    On to Amsterdam, famous for its bikes, canals and liberal lifestyle.

    Day 13 Amsterdam
    Our bicycle tour is a great introduction to Amsterdam, then time to visit the museums, shops and monuments. Tonight there's a farewell dinner followed by an optional canal cruise.

    Day 14 Amsterdam to London
    Roll on Belgium and the city of Brugge, home to over 300 different beers and the finest Belgian chocolates Then it's back to London where it all started.
